TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

GENERAL
All commissions, except for reference sheets, require a proper reference image or art piece.I have the right to decline a commission.Price can increase based on complexity or size of project.Unless it is my fault, I will not change an art piece after final approval.Art may be cropped or edited for personal use such as a website avatar, and may be shared and stored online if credit is explicitly given.I will post most artwork online and post WIP images on my Patreon. If this is an issue, please let me know before commissioning me.I retain the right to use my artwork of your character for portfolios or to be used as a commission example.I retain the right to use my artwork for commercial purposes, such as advertisement of commissions.I retain the right to cancel a commission if you are harassing me, break terms of service, cease contact with me, or for personal reasons. (If I have to cancel your commission for personal reasons, I may be more flexible with adding you to a future queue, so contact me via DMs and we can work something out.)Try to respond to comments within 24 hours. If you are unresponsive I retain the right to delay, or in extreme circumstances cancel, your commission.You may not reproduce the commissioned work for commercial purposes, such as physical merchandise, without my written consent as discussed prior to the commission.You or the person the art is gifted have the right to use the art for personal use.Only the commissioner or the person to whom the art is gifted may repost my art of your character.Character design remains credited to you or the original character designer.
PAYMENT
Commissions must be paid upfront via PayPal.Payment is required only just before I am able to work on the commission. I do not accept early payments, nor will I start a commission without payment. This is so that in the case that I need to cancel a commission before it is started, there is no need to refund.Prices may be split among several people.Prices are listed in USD.Commissions are NON refundable after approval of the sketch. I retain the right to alter and resell the art if the commission is cancelled.If you are interested in exchanging art rather than paying for a commission, contact me via DMs.
ADDITIONAL INFO
My art style changes often because I am still learning. If you like the art style of a specific piece please let me know. May change price.A single outfit is included in the price. Price may increase based on outfit complexity.If you want the piece to have multiple outfits or a version without an outfit, you must let me know immediately after the sketch approval at the absolute latest. I retain the right to raise the price for this reason.I am fine with artistic freedom pieces.Commissions include a basic background. Anything more will incur a charge.If you have a deadline you must let me know as soon as possible. I may cancel the commission if the deadline is too strict or does not work with my schedule. There may be a rush charge.I am a college student and that comes first. Turnaround time may suffer for this reason. Please be flexible.I will draw: mild gore, wings, mature outfits and content, suggestive content, drug use (case by case basis), mechs (will most likely incur an extra fee).I will not draw: fetish art, strong nsfw, pokemon or similar, existing mascots/characters
